FEED THE NATIONS, THE HOPE CENTER AND OUR "FIRST FRUITS" CALL

WEATHER REPORT: As the regional rain is about to pour out, the focus moves right down the room to the flooding of needs in our community. Prepare for rain.

The Hope Center and the coming Revival

Matthew 25:40 And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.' We are witnessing the "First Fruits." This is a biblical precedent shared throughout the Bible.

In the Old Testament. Land owners and farmers would go to a portion of the land and "mark the field." In this marking, they would be saying this portion of fruits is the first and I give it back to God. Also represented in the instructions for tithing. In the New Testament Jesus says, that He is the "first fruit" of what is to come. The Hope Center is our first fruit in this season. "We have broken records - like by 20 and 40 families a week the last three weeks in a row.

September 18: 458 families

September 25 - 478 families

October 2 - 515 families

To put this in context, we'd never served more than 400 families at all until June 26 of this year [2024]. Our average families served in 2023 was 244 per week." -Marti Pearson 

We have a community that is hungry. The numbers are staggering. On any given Wednesday, The Hope Center sees not just the local need but the many nations that are represented in our beautifully international community.

ANOTHER RECORD BROKEN AT THE HOPE CENTER 10/8/24

Our "First Fruits" in the community Hope Center Cont. 

I strongly believe the influx of the Hope Center in numbers and nations represented directly correlates to the biblical precedent of "first fruit.s."

I believe how we navigate the expansion, generosity, and supernatural provision is a first offering of what is to come through our house not only in the natural (food pantry) but also should peak our attention in the spiritual. Feeding our community is a sign, feeding the nations is a sign, and how God has provided for us to do that is a sign.

This next renewal into revival will and has to strongly emphasize our natural inability to provide for ourselves.

God moving in our midst is no natural occurrence. In fact, the very nature of an eternal God manifesting His presence among us, in us, and through us is the literal definition of SUPERnatural.

So how do we partner? I am glad you asked. Serve.

Serve the community well. Serve your neighbors well.

Serve your family well. Serve this house well. See. See the hurting. See the broken. See the mask. Love. Love well.

Tell the Stories: Jesus Culture San Diego Touched

A group of 11 Jesus Culture staff gathered around the Zoom screen. Sporting their still summer themed clothes, they leaned in as a group of TVC Staff members began to tell the stories of our house.

From July 9th, and joy to Ohio diamonds and gold to Vision Night fire. The team shared all the ways His presence has been made known to us in our house and movement. Jon "Hutch," who has a great relationship with Jesus Culture SD executive pastor, Jordan Dimarco has been having frequent phone conversations and it stirred a hunger for more.

As the group shared the room across the country began to manifest. Tears, shaking, and a flow of prophetic words. Jesus Culture is hungry and God is moving.

Prophetic Word: April 12, 2025 "Obviously you guys carry a lot of joy. I see you as a … you're a highly influential ministry in your region and in to the nations. I saw that you are a hub of a wheel with spokes and in just every direction, there's influence. I see satellite campuses, satellite schools. I also see that there's some real connections in San Diego, San Antonio; I hear those places are crucial. Even Scotland as well. I see spokes that are going specifically to those locations. It's not just you releasing them but it's also you getting something. There's something in those locations that is a component that is going to add to what's in your ministry already and take it to another level. -Steve Backlund
